About Sara
After many years of experience both in a top New York city law firm, and in house at a leading investment manager, I decided to branch out on my own to provide services to clients looking for a different approach to some of their legal needs. After graduating from Penn Law in 2003, I started my career at Davis Polk and Wardwell in the Investment Management Group. In 2006, I left DPW to go in house at Two Sigma Investments, where I handled a large variety of matters, from fund formation and management, to general corporate work, employment matters, vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements and much more. After moving out of New York City and starting a family, I transitioned to a new role at Two Sigma, in which I strictly handled contract review. I have a great deal of experience with non-disclosure agreements, and other general corporate contracts. As a solo practitioner, I am able to complete these types of reviews in a more timely and cost-efficient manner than a large law firm. I would be happy to discuss what I might be able to do for your organization, please reach out with any questions.
